Cablecast Contract

The cablecast contract is the form all producers must complete and return for any program submitted.

Equipment Liability Agreement

The Equipment Liability form is for any and everyone who uses our equipment, whether it be on site or in the field.

Producer Agreement

The Producer Agreement is the form required of all producers in order to submit any form of programming.

Reservation Form

Please use this form to request studio time, lab time or audio booth time. Also use this form to make camera reservation requests.

AOC will be closed on Monday, May 28, in observance of Memorial Day. We will re-open on Tuesday, May 29, at 9 a.m.

Filmmakers and videographers have until May 9 to submit entries for the My Lafayette Video Contest, a joint project of the Lafayette Convention & Visitors Commission and AOC Community Media.

AOC Community Media will be closed Wednesday, April 25 through Sunday, April 29 because of its coverage of Festival International 2012. The office will re-open on Monday, April 30, at 9 a.m.
