The AOC Message Board allows local nonprofit agencies to showcase their organization and its upcoming events in a unique visual community calendar type format. Our Community Message Board airs on Cox Communications channels 15 + 16 and LUS Fiber channels 3 + 4, approximately 10-20 times a day in 30-minute intervals.
How to submit content for the AOC Community Message Board:

2. If you have a custom/pre-made graphic photo or video file, send as an attachment to: INFO@aocinc.org
**Please note that:
Custom graphic pages should be created with a “1150px Wide by 710px High” resolution or higher.
Digital graphic/photo files must be .JPEG, .PDF, .PNG, or .TIFF.
Digital video files must be .MP4 or. MOV.
NO DOCUMENT FILES
Each graphic shall receive up to 15 seconds of airtime intermittently throughout the duration of its channel run time. Please only include pertinent information (32-40 words max) so that it can be read clearly & quickly.
DO NOT list any prices for products or services. You may include a web link to other information outside of the AOC Message Board itself.
