Create. Collaborate. Inspire.

The Hivemind Film Program is AOC Community Media's award-winning youth filmmaking program designed for teens ages 13-17 who are passionate about storytelling, creativity, and media production. Through hands-on, project-based learning, participants work alongside experienced filmmakers, media professionals, and mentors to develop the skills needed to bring original stories to life.

Over the course of the program, students explore every stage of the filmmaking process, including screenwriting, cinematography, directing, sound design, editing, and production management. Working as a collaborative film crew, participants create original short films that reflect their perspectives, cultures, and experiences while developing valuable technical, creative, and leadership skills.
