LRPD OFFERING FREE BEGINNER TENNIS LESSONS

LAFAYETTE, LA - The Lafayette Parks and Recreation Departmen

and the Lafayette Ladies Tennis League (LLTL) are sponsoring a

free beginner’s tennis clinic at Lafayette’s Beaver Park Tennis

Facility.

The four (4) day clinic will be held June 3 through June 6,

2019. This clinic is available to beginning tennis players ages

6 to 14. It will be held from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. each day.

Registration for this clinic is free and can be accomplished by

calling the Beaver Park Tennis Facility at 337-291-5564.

Instruction will include basic tennis skills with an emphasis on

the participants having fun. Participants should provide their

own tennis racquet. Volunteers are also needed to help with this
